Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Knowledge of statistical analysis methods
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Understanding of business metrics and KPIs
