Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support HR operations and employee relations
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
• Maintain employee records and HR systems
• Assist with recruitment and hiring processes
• Support leadership with people-related initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR or people operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with HR systems and processes
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for creating great employee experiences

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HRIS systems
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance
• Experience with employee engagement initiatives
• Understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition
